Hello, Thank you for visiting my webpage, about me ..... I am the ultimate Optimist! I am compassionate, smart, creative, friendly and a high achiever. From Southern California where I was born and raised, to the decade of a desert life in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, relocating in 1997 to North Idaho raising two children (son, Tyler and daughter, Rachel) in the resort town of Sandpoint was the best decision of my life. My children now grown, Rachel is now attending AT Still Dental School in Mesa, Arizona on her way to Dr. Meyer status in 2028 after previously graduating from Boise State University. Tyler now married to my sweet daughter-in-law, Emily,  is thriving in North Idaho with a career in parts management with Mike White Ford Motor Company and now exciting news of a baby on the way to be born in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho July 2025. Life is good!  With my decades of a natural gravitation to a career in  real estate enjoying marketing, networking, assisting others has provided me the ideal foundation for the career I love.  Providing a dedicated, smooth, timely service to my client's transaction process while assisting them to achieve their wants, needs and desires in selling, buying and or investing in real estate is to me is a privilege I cherish. - With gratitude, Dawn
